GUIDE ROLLERS
With PVC pipe and head, with steel tube and PVC head. They are mounted vertically with sliding guide functions; horizontally for special applications such as the mounting for tangential belts in motor-driven conveyors through driven base rollers or rollers with pulley for flat belt.
AXLES WITH WHEELS
With plastic wheels on steel axles, assembled in sequence, they are used as an alternative to tapered rollers in gravity curves for the handling of packages with a flat supporting surface and light loads. The wheels can be individually assembled, fixed on flatbeds by means of suitable brackets, in correspondence with exchanges between curves and tracks with idlers, in conjunction between tracks with ortogonal motor-driven rollers or with the function of guide-abutment of packages.
PROFILES WITH ROLLERS
Profiles with rollers are the basic elements of light dynamic shelving. They are assembled in formation in several parallel rows depending on the type of object to be handled, within special combs and then fixed on self-supporting frames fitted with laying surface, an exhibitor for picking up and adjustable introduction guides. The frames are in turn locked in gradient, at several levels, in pairs of vertical self-supporting shoulders. The result is a solid and compact structure with ideal and silent sliding planes. The flow of materials takes place seamlessly according to the FIFO (First In-First-Out) logistics system, that is, the first package introduced will be the first to be picked up.
MULTIDIRECTIONAL WHEELS
They are components that allow translation and rotation of supported packages with a flat resting surface in any direction, in all environmental conditions. Their versitality facilitates and leads to applications that could not be easily solved without expensive equipment. Idler multidirectional wheels can be mounted between “U”-shaped steel profiles or, in sequence, on round section steel axles. Motor-driven multidirectional wheels are mounted, in sequence, on hexagonal section steel axles.
